archer>malmo gives holiday gifts to clients each year. In 2007 we decided to reach our clients in a unique, meaningful way.

We took a new spin on an old gift exchange idea: an online white elephant exchange. Bizarre gifts (à la traditional white elephant parties) combined with a real treasure made it fun.

• For the first time ever, clients called the agency to talk about their experience using the application.
• It was spread virally outside of our client base.
• We even won new business from a current client who was looking for a viral application of his own.
