Memphis Car Audio wanted to redesign their website to optimize the user experience, generate enthusiasm for Memphis Car Audio products, and drive consumers to purchase products at authorized dealers.

Following quantitative user research against this niche audience showing the products themselves are the most important website feature, we developed a design solution that showcased MCA’s award-winning products. In addition to providing detailed product information and specs, we also created tools that allowed current customers to interact and comment on the various products. The Memphis music legacy, car culture, and youthful bravado combine to spur the thought behind this conceptual effort.

The MCA website is now a positive, dynamic brand experience, where product education and information is paramount. The new look and feel is tightly aligned with the brand identity and the easy-to-use dealer locator is directly generating dealer sales. The user-friendly content management system allows non-technical staff to update the site.
